Report a problem

Include your device model, iOS or Android version, game version/build if available, and what happened. Describe the steps that led to the issue and what you expected. A screenshot can help; remove personal information before sending it.

For a rewarded-ad problem, tell us whether it involved game speed or a map reward, the approximate time, and whether the ad failed to load, closed early, or completed without the expected reward. Please do not send passwords, advertising identifiers, your birth date, or payment details.

Keep your progress safe

Progress is stored locally. Do not uninstall the game or clear its app data as a troubleshooting step: that can erase your save. Install updates over your existing installation through the same store or beta channel. The game does not currently provide account-based cloud-save recovery.

When an ad is unavailable

The current beta uses Google test advertisements. An ad may be unavailable because of connectivity, privacy choices, age eligibility, or an advertising-service error. You can keep playing with standard rewards and 1×/2× speed. Ads are not available when an age range is not provided or the selected range is under 13.

Privacy and playtest choices

Open Menu → Privacy & ads to update your age-range choice, read the in-game notice, or revisit Google's ad privacy choices when available. Optional playtest sharing is available only to adults and can be turned off independently of advertising.
